Clothing should be loose to allow vapour to be inhaled easily. For temporary relief from minor aches and pains, apply thinly and evenly to the affected area up to 3 times day. Do not heat or use with any source of heat.<\/p>\n Children 6 – 12 years: 1 – finger scoop Steam inhalation<\/strong>: Adults and children older than 6 years: Dissolve 1 – 2 teaspoonfuls (5 – 10 ml) into a bowl of hot (not boiling) water (500 ml).
